PACDOG H2O Anti-Bark PAC H2O Anti-bark:

Introduction With the growing concerns in today's environment of anti-social behaviour and noise nuisance, PAC's chosen method of bark inhibition provides a proven, simple - but extremely effective, completely safe solution that can be installed with little or no DIY expertise.

The new Wash Dog system is the most innovative anti-barking system on the market today. For All that you require is an outside water tap; and access to mains electricity. Beyond this, the installation is simplicity itself: there is no complex or specialised wiring needed... indeed, there is no more wiring. This is because the microphone that senses the barking is battery driven and wireless. It transmits its signals to the control unit by radio.

How does it work?
The microphone detects when the noise of the dog's barking exceeds the sensitivity level (set by you); it then transmits a radio signal to the Control Unit; the Control Unit, in turn, opens a solenoid-controlled water-valve for a few seconds duration; and a harmless spray of water is directed towards the dog. Just as with any hosepipe termination, you have a choice of spray type, ranging from concentrated jet - to fine spray. But whichever you choose, it is only a harmless spay of water. It does not necessarily have to make actual contact with your dog, since the surprise of the noise and action of the water, in itself, should almost certainly deter him from barking. This simple-to-install system is also very versatile, since it can be used in all types and sizes of kennel-pen or enclosure - large or small - for a guaranteed success. Further, if you wish to move it to another location, it should only take a few minutes to reposition the water nozzle and the wireless microphone.

Operation:
The radio microphone, positioned virtually anywhere within the dog's enclosure, has a range that is adjustable between 2 and 6 metres. In this way, the control of barking can be effected in most situations by a single radio microphone. But for larger pens, up to 4 microphones may be installed at about 12 metre intervals. Each radio microphone can activate a different water-valve to give a separate bark deterrent in up to 4 independent, well-defined areas or sectors. Each microphone may be set to operate at different sensitivity levels; and each water-valve can be adjusted to squirt/spray for duration of between 1 and 10 seconds.
